Amendments Policy

If there is an issue with your order or it requires amendment before dispatch, just get in touch and this can be easily corrected. This includes any incorrect information provided during the order, such as delivery address. It is important to do this prior to the dispatch of your order as we have no control over your package once it has been handed to the courier.

Additionally if you wish to cancel your order you can do so by getting in touch and notifying us. If the order has already been dispatched you can raise a return for the goods in exchange for a full refund, upon receipt of the return. Returns of this nature are at your own expense. We do not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by incorrectly provided order information, damaged or faulty goods or delayed, lost or mis-routed orders. By using the site, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you. Communicating false information is contrary to the present general Terms and Conditions.
